Who are we?

We are the provider of Advanced Lightweight Aerated Concrete (ALAC) technology using Foam. We hold ourselves up to the highest standards and have an immense amount of knowledge from years of experience. As a manufacturing company, we continue to expand our practices each and every day. We collaborate with various industries to provide them solution after thorough research and trials. We supply to many local and global companies with a variety of innovative ideas to use our technology, created with the greatest degree of precision and care.

Why Advanced Lightweight Aerated Concrete (ALAC)?

At present, almost every insulating material is either of the following:

–Petroleum based such as Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) or Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) boards or Polyurethane foam or

–Natural mineral based such as Mineral wool, glass wool, natural fibre, etc, are used.

Petroleum based Insulation Material

–If the building catches fire, these insulation materials catches fire quickly, spreads it to entire building and also produces toxic gases, which will suffocate the people inside the building before escaping or get caught in the fire easily (Famous example of Grenfall Fire Accident in UK).

–After demolition of building, it will take very long years to degrade that will cause damage to the environment

Natural Mineral-based

-Very limited natural resources and so availability is limited and getting costlier every year

-Glass wool silvers will lodge in the skills and small enough to inhale causing lung cancer

Advanced Lightweight Aerated Concrete (ALAC) is made of inorganic materials such as cement, fly ash and/or sand that won’t catch fire easily, won’t produce smoke or toxic gases and because of its high thermal insulation property, it protects from heat and helps to escape from the building. ALAC uses only cement, fly ash and sand that can be re used as filler material after crushing or can be recycled for producing fresh Aerated Concrete or gets converted to soil after dumping it in the ground. ALAC can be used in various applications like sunken filling, for building walls, for insulating walls and roofs effectively, as decorative elements, etc.

What is Advanced Lightweight Aerated Concrete

Advanced Lightweight Aerated Concrete (ALAC) is a mixture of cement slurry and pre-generated foam. Cement slurry is made of either just water plus cement (For very low density of ALAC) or water plus cement plus filler. Foam is formed by the combination of Air from the air compressor, water and advanced Aerating Chemicals. At first the cement slurry is prepared in a specialised mixer or in RMC mixer and then the foam generated using Aerator is mixed with the cement slurry thoroughly until all the foam is imbibed into the cement slurry.
